Red Velvet Cake-
Directions for Cake: Beat eggs, add sugar, cooking oil and vinegar. sift flour and soda together. Add flour to mixture. Add milk slowly. Add flavoring, food coloring and cocoa. Place in three greased/ floured cake pans. Bake 25 mins. at 350º F. Frosting:
Blend together cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Add vanilla and nuts.
